26 Oct 1915Appointed to Royal Army Medical Corps (72539)
13 Apr 1916Discharged. Not being likely to become an efficient soldier (Med. Gds.) Incapacitated from duty on account of periostitis of the right tibia, causing swelling of this bone which is chronic and painful. Duration 9 wks. The man is suffering from marked anaemia. He has much pain on standing. There is extreme wasting of all muscles. The disease is probably tuberculosis.
