A Capital DWELLING-HOUSE, slated and sashed; comprising a good Kitchen and Cellar under it, Parlour, three Chambers, and two Garrets; and all that old-accustomed Bakehouse, Flour-Chamber, large Granary, a Garner capable of holding from forty to fifty Quarters of Grain, spacious Yard, Garden, two Barns, Stable, Pigsties, and other requisite Out-buildings, situate in DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, in the Occupation of Mr. S. Loake, who is leaving the Baking Business on Account of ill Health.

And also all that HOMECLOSE adjoining the said Premises, containing about three Acres, more or less, also in the Occupation of Mr. S. Loake.
