DESBOROUGH
After nearly six years' successful labour the Rev. Saml. Drakeford has
resigned the pastorate of the Independent Church in this place, and has accepted
the unanimous and cordial invitation of the Congregational Church, Marple
Bridge, Stockport, to become their pastor, and intends entering on his new
sphere of labour the first Sabbath in November.
