A BRUTISH HUSBAND

John Forster Kendall, of Desborough, was charged by his wife with violently assaulting her by pulling her out of bed, and beating her in a most cruel manner on the 12th inst. Defendant said he was tipsy. The magistrates fined him 10s. and costs 12s. 6d.
