Inquest, 7th February 1871
DESBOROUGH
—On Tuesday last an inquest was held before W. Marshall, Esq., on
Mary Binley, wife of George Binley, labourer, aged 42 years. Deceased
had not been well for some months, and died on Saturday morning about
half-past ten o'clock. No medical man attended deceased. Dr. More, of
Rothwell, made a post-mortem examination, and stated that deceased died
of heart disease. Verdict, "Natural causes."
