MARKET HARBORO':--A horrid attempt was made a few days ago to kill a whole family at Desborough, Northamptonshire. The poison was mixed up with flour, which was made into a pudding. The members of the family, six or seven in number, all partook of it, and were made ill; but providentially no life was sacrificed, and the sufferers are recovering. A rigid inquiry has been instituted in order to discover the perpetrators of the horrid deed.

Based on the information reported in the Morning Post, the family is believed to be that of Jonathan and Lucy Robinson.
