Kettering Petty Sessions,

Mr. Biggs,
surveyor, of Desborough, appeared to answer a charge of refusing to pay
to Mr. Loake, of the same place, certain demands for damage done to his
estate by taking stone there. The consideration of the case was
postponed till that day fortnight.
