Using Obscene Language, October 1902

Stephen Mears, fishmonger, Dalkeith-place, Kettering, was summoned for using obscene language at that place, on Nov. 8th.— Mr. J Bond, clerk to the Urban District Council, prosecuted, and evidence was given by P.C.'s Johnson and Brumby.— Defendant did not appear, and a warrant was issued.

William Sturgess, labourer, Desborough, was summoned for a similar offence at that place, on Oct. 19th.— Evidence was given by P.S. Markham and P.C. King.— Mr. C. W. Lane, clerk to Desborough Urban Council, prosecuted.— Fined 5s. and 6s. costs.

Horace Panter, shoe hand, Desborough, was summoned for a similar offence at that place on Oct. 25th.— Mr. C. W. Lane, clerk to Desborough Urban Council, prosecuted, and evidence was given by P.S. Markham and P.C. King.— Fined 5s. and 6s. costs.
