Solomon Coe & John Coe

Drunkenness, 10th Dec 1877


Solomon Coe and John Coe of Desborough, were summoned for being drunk, on the licensed premises of Warren Pendred.

P.C. Sawford, of that place, said on the 10th inst., about 35 minutes past nine, he went to the Talbot. Among a house full were defendants, very drunk. At ten he saw both defendants led out. One fell down in the street, helpless; the other was quite as bad. They both had to be helped home.

—Fined 5s., and 9s. 6d. each.
