Common Assault
Withdrawn—George Crick Coe, labourer, Desborough, was summoned for a
common assault on
his wife at that place on July 29th.
—This case was adjourned from the last Court for complainant's
appearance.
—She now said she did not wish to go on with the case. It was the
first time he had assaulted her.
—Case dismissed on payment of costs.
