NORTHAMPTONSHIRE ASSIZES

The Commission of Assize for this county will be opened on Monday
afternoon next, before the Hon. Sir J. A. Park, Knight, and the Hon. Sir
W. R. Taunton, Knight. The business of the Assize will commence
immediately after Divine Service on Tuesday morning. The calendar
contains the names of 25 prisoners for trial, viz:

NEHEMIAH SMITH, aged 41 (out upon bail), charged with assaulting Ann
Underwood, of Desborough, with intent to commit a capital felony.
