Weights and Measures Offences

John Price, of Desborough, for having upon his premises a weighing machine which was not correct, on the 30th of June, was fined 5s. and 9s. 6d. costs

Henry Marlow, of Desborough, grocer, was fined 5s. and 9s. 6d. costs, for a similar offence.

William Crick, Desborough, for a like offence, was fined 10s. and 9s. 6d. costs.

Daniel Coe, butcher, of Desborough, for a like offence, 5s. and 9s. 6d. costs.

Barnes[sic] Kilburn, of Desborough, butcher, for a defective spring balance, was fined 5s. and 9s. 6d. costs.

Benjamin Nursey, baker, of Desborough, for a half-ounce weight being false, was fined 5s. and 9s. 6d. costs.
