Simeon Watts Panter was married to "Mary" and widowed between 1881 and 1891, with 2 daughters born to them about 1887 and 1890. BMD shows Mary Buswell and Mary Seaton as possibles. BMD shows a death for Mary Panter in 1890, aged 26; it looks as though Mary died in childbirth. The best match for all this is Mary Buswell (parents: Joseph and Eliza Buswell)
