NOTICE is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named person has been summoned to be held at the office of William Edward Cave, Solicitor, High-street, Market Harborough, in the county of Leicester, on the 15th day of March, 1871, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely.—Dated this 17th day of February, 1871. THE creditors of the above-named William Lovett Turner the elder who have not already proved their debts, are required, on or before the 10th day of August, 1872, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to me, the undersigned, William Edward Cave, of Market Harborough, in the county of Leicester, the Trustee under the liquidation, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of the Dividend proposed to be declared.—Dated this 27th day of July, 1872.
