Sale of Property, 3rd Dec 1784

To be SOLD without Reserve, to the BEST BIDDER, by ROWLAND ROUSE, on Friday the 3d Day of December next, about Two o'Clock in the Afternoon, at the White Hart, in Kettering, in the County of Northampton, (by Order of the Assignees of Mr. John Dexter, Bankrupt) subject to such Conditions as shall be there produced.

A Genteel and convenient Stone-built MESSUAGE, in DESBOROUGH, in the said County of Northampton: Consisting of excellent Cellars, Kitchen, Brewhouse, Pantries, a Hall, Parlour, five Chambers, Garrets, with a large Yard, Coach-House, Dove-Cot, Stables, good and Convenient Garden well walled round, and an Orchard or Homestead adjoining the same.

Also a CLOSE of ARABLE-LAND, lying in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, on the East Side of the Turnpike-Road leading from Harborough to Kettering, and within a Quarter of a Mile of the said Messuage; containing by Statute-Measure, four Acres or thereabouts.
