On Thursday the 15th Day of October, 1795, at Three o'Clock, at the Swan Inn, in Desborough, in the County of Northampton,

A Stone-built MESSUAGE, situate in the principal Street in DESBOROUGH, now in the Occupation of Robert Curtis, which at any easy Expence, may be converted into two Dwellings.

Also a Tenement in Paddock-Lane, in Desborough aforesaid, with a large Garden adjoining, well watered, and planted with Fruit Trees, in the Occupation of Mercy Curtis.
