(more or less), situate
in the Lordship of Desborough adjoining the Turnpike Road leading to
Market Harborough and now in the occupation of Mr. George Dawkins.
LOT 2.
A COTTAGE or Tenement, with Yard and Appurtenances thereto belonging,
situate near the Turnpike Gate, in Desborough aforesaid, and now in the
occupation of the said George Dawkins.
