On the Premises of the late Mr. SAMUEL CAVE, Gentleman;

THE modern HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and other EFFECTS; consisting of four-post and other bedsteads, with furniture, blankets, quilts, and counterpanes; feather and flock beds and mattresses, double and single chests of drawers, bed and table linen, mahogany and other chairs, floor carpets. Chine, glass, and Delf, an eight-day moon clock, wheel barometer, in mahogany, &c.; mahogany bureau, brass-mounted wire fenders, fire irons, dairy utensils in general, kitchen ditto, a variety of iron-bound tubs, mash vat, &c.; 14 seasoned iron bound half-hogshead barrels, two hogshead ditto and smaller ditto; saddle and bridle, and many lots of husbandry articles, including 33 corn sacks, &c. &c.

Also will be sold, on the second day's sale, two useful milch cows, in full profit.

 Sale to commence each day at Ten in the morning.
