By LEVER & CARRINGTON,

On Monday the eighth Day of May, 1820, at Three o'Clock in the Afternoon, at the George Inn, in Desborough, in such Lots, and subject to such Conditions, as will be then produced,

A Very desirable FREEHOLD stone-built MESSUAGE or TENEMENT, with two large Yards, and Gardens, coach House, dove House, and four-stall Stable, Barn, and other convenient out Offices thereunto belonging, most eligibly situate in the Centre of the Village of DESBOROUGH, and now partly occupied as a Draper's Shop in full Trade, in the several Tenures of Mr. Samuel Thompson and Mr. Henry Coleman.

A FREEHOLD CLOSE OF RICH PASTURE LAND, nearly adjoining the Village of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, containing by Estimation four Acres or thereabouts, called Haynes's Close, in the Occupation of Mr. Robert Shaw.

A FREEHOLD CLOSE OF PASTURE LAND, situate a short Distance from the Village of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, containing by Estimation eleven Acres and an Half or thereabouts, called Dobhall Close, in the old Inclosure.

A FREEHOLD CLOSE OF TILLAGE LAND, nearly adjoining the last-described Lot, containing by Estimation thirteen Acres or thereabouts, called Top Watery Close.

A FREEHOLD CLOSE OF PASTURE LAND, with the Barn thereon, erected adjoining the last Lot including the Lanes, containing together by Estimation, six Acres or thereabouts, and called the Barn Close.

A FREEHOLD CLOSE, Part GRASS, and Part TILLAGE LAND, adjoining the last-described Lot, containing by Estimation ten Acres or thereabouts, called the Dobhall Close, in the new Inclosure.

And a FREEHOLD CLOSE OF PASTURE LAND, adjoining the last Lot, containing by Estimation six Acres and an Half, or thereabouts, called Moore's Close.--All the last-described Closes are in the Occupation of the said Henry Coleman.

N.B. The above Closes are all well fenced and watered.
