To be SOLD by AUCTION,

At the George Inn, in Desborough, on Wednesday the 7th Day of August next, about Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, in such Lots and upon such Conditions as shall be agreed upon at the Time of Sale (unless the Whole Estate shall be previously disposed of by Private Contract), of which Notice will be given,

A Capital and substantial Stone-built and Slated MESSUAGE or FARM-HOUSE, with Bards, Stables, Malting-office, Dovehouse, walled Garden, Yards, and convenient Offices belonging thereto,  situate in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and now in the Occupation of Mr John Reynolds, whose Tenancy will expire at Lady-Day next.

Also, all these FIVE several CLOSES or excellent PASTURE and ARABLE LAND, lying near the said MESSUAGE, and called by the several Names of the Home, or New Well Close, the Whitehills Close, the Clover Close, Great Close, and the Far Close, containing together by Estimation, 63 Acres or thereabouts, and in the Occupation of the said John Reynolds.

The Estate is Tithe-free, with a Quantity of thriving Timber growing upon it, and is well fenced and watered; the principal Part of the Land is Red Turnip Land of an excellent Quality, and the Remainder of a good strong Loam.
