Sale of Property, 1822
To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
A Desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE,
situate at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton; consisting of four
Closes of pasture and arable Land, containing together, 52 Acres, or
thereabouts, late the Property of Mr. Gabriel Watson, deceased, and now
in the Occupation of
Mr. George Sumner.
The above Closes will be sold either together or separately, as may
be agreed upon; and a considerable Portion of the Purchase Money may
remain on Mortgage of the Estate.
To view the Premises, Application must be made to Mr. GEORGE SUMNER,
of Desborough aforesaid, the Tenant; and to treat for the Purchase
thereof, to Messrs. GEO WARTNABY & DOUGLASS, Solicitors, Market
