On Thursday, the 15th day of September, 1836. on a FARM in the LORDSHIP OF DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton, in the occupation of Mr. Gulliver, and the Trustees of the late Mr. Lansbury;

THE LIVE STOCK

CONSISTS of 45 tupping ewes, 30 shearhogs, 20 theaves, 45 lambs, four fat beast, five superior draught mares, in excellent condition; and two yearling colts.

THE IMPLEMENTS IN HUSBANDRY

Consist of three narrow-wheel waggons, one broad-wheel cart, one ditto, with iron arms, nearly new; three ploughs, field roll, pair of harrows, large sheet harrow, pair of seed harrows, corn staddles, quantity of hurdles, winnowing machine, by Cooch, nearly new; barn tackle in general, harness for seven horses, 40-round and other ladders, forks, rakes, and various other implements.

THE CORN, HAY, KEEPING, &c.

Consist of a quantity of wheat in the barn, the produce of 12 acres; wheat hovel, ditto oats, stack of beans, quantity of tares, seven acres of barley, now standing; and nine acres of clover seeds, about seven tons of new hay, ten acres of eddish, 46 acres of grass keeping, 50 acres of stubble ditto, and four acres of turnips, to be eaten off by Lady Day.

F  The Keeping to be let until the 10th day of October next. 

Every convenience will be afforded for the consuming of the Fodder, in excellent yards, well supplied with water.

***  The above Flock of Sheep are sound and healthful, and the Stock in excellent conditions.--The Crops of Corn are abundant, and of excellent quality.
