On Thursday, the 24th of March instant, 1825, on the Premises of Mr. STEPHEN SUMNER, at DESBOROUGH (who is leaving his Farm), viz.:—

15 In-lamb Ewes, and
20 Theaves and Lambhogs,
3 Short-horned in-calf Cows, nearly at calving,
1 Barren Cow,
3 Two-year-old short-horned Heifers, and
1 Two-year-old Steer,
2 Cart Mares (one six Years old),
1 Hackney  (ditto)
1 Black cat Stallion, 16 Hands 2 Inches high rising seven Years old (warranted a sure foal-getter),
1 In-pig Sow and 3 in-pig Yelts;

Narrow-wheel Waggon, two Carts, three Ploughs, leaden horse Trough, large and small Harrows, Harness for four draught Horses, 18 corn Sacks, and various Implements of Husbandry. Also, an excellent winnowing Machine (by Blackwell), &c. &c.

Sale to begin at Half-past Ten o'Clock.

N.B.  The Stallion has Travelled his accustomed Round four Years last past.—Three Months' Credit will be given to the Purchaser, on approved Joint Security.

F  All other Lots to be paid for on the Day of Sale.
