At the George Inn, in DESBOROUGH, on Wednesday the 24th Day of November, 1824, at Three o'Clock.

ALL those FOUR CLOSES of LAND (three of Pasture, and one Arable), severally called by the Names of the Ireland Close, Scotland Close, Copeland Close, and Windmill Close, adjoining or lying near to the public Roads leading from Desborough to Rushton and Pipwell, and containing together 38 Acres of thereabouts, now in the occupation of Mr. Stephen Sumner.
