Freehold and Tithe-free ESTATES, at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton.

At the George Inn, in Desborough aforesaid, on Wednesday the 14th Day of November next, at Two o'Clock in the Afternoon, subject to such Conditions of Sale, and in the Following or other Lots as may be agreed upon at the Time of Sale,

Lot 1.  A Comfortable FARM HOUSE, with two commodious Barns, Stabling for six Horses, and the Granary over the same; Dovecote, and other suitable out Buildings, two spacious Yards, and an excellent Garden adjoining; situate in the Parish of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and now in the Occupation of Mr. George Sumner.

Lot 2.  THREE small COTTAGES or TENEMENTS, situate in DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and in the respective Occupations of Thomas Panter, Christopher Johnson, and Mary Thompson, with a small Garden attached to each of the Cottages; also, an Orchard or Homestead adjoining the above Cottages. Part whereof is now used as a Garden, with a Barn or Stable erected thereon, and in the respective Occupations of Thomas Kilborn, and John Miller; the above Homestead and Garden contain together according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, one Acre or thereabouts.

Lot 3.  A CLOSE of rich LAND, situate in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, and at a short Distance from the Village called Braybrook Hills, Part whereof is Pasture and the other Part Seeds, and containing according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, 14A. 2R. 12P. or thereabouts, now in the Occupation of the said George Sumner.

Lot 4.  Another CLOSE of rich LAND, adjoining Lot 3, called Potter's Home, Part whereof is Arable and Part Pasture, containing according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, 17A. 0R. 12P. or thereabouts, also in the Occupation of the said George Sumner

Lot 5.  A CLOSE of old PASTURE LAND, lying very near the above last two Lots, called Mixtage Pasture, and containing, according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, 8A. 3R. 21P. or thereabouts, also in the Occupation of the said George Sumner.

Lot 6.  A CLOSE of ARABLE LAND, lying near the above last three Lots, called Garbitt's Close, containing, according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, 14A. 3R. 24P. or thereabouts, also in the Occupation of the said George Sumner.

Lot 7.  A CLOSE of old-inclosed ARABLE LAND, lying very near tje Village of DESBOROUGH aforesaid, called Handkerchief Close, containing, according to a recent Admeasurement thereof, 2A. 1R. 2P. or thereabouts, also in the Occupation of the said George Sumner.

Possession of all the above Estates (Except Lot 1), may be had on the 21st Day of December next, and of Lot 1, at Michaelmas next.
