TO be LETT, and Entered on immediately, at DESBOROUGH, in Northamptonshire,

An Inclosed FARM, Tythe-free; with a good House, Barn, Stable, and other necessary Out-Buildings: Consisting of between 70 and 80 Acres, Part in Grass, and Part in Tillage.

Desborough is on the Turnpike-Road, near to which the Land lies, six Miles from Kettering, and five from Market-Harborough.

With the above may be rented, at Michaelmas next, Sixty Acres of Inclosed LAND, together with Parts of the Tythes of Grain, in an adjoining Parish.
