To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT,
With immediate Possession,
FOUR several FREEHOLD CLOSES
of PASTURE and TILLAGE LAND, situate in the Lordship of DESBOROUGH, in
the County of Northampton, containing together by Estimation forty six
Acres, or thereabouts, very conveniently divided for Occupation, well
fenced and watered, and late in the Possession of John Nursey.
