To be SOLD, A Compact FREEHOLD FARM situate at DESBOROUGH, in the County of Northampton; consisting of a very good Farm-House, with a commodious Yard, containing Barns, Stabled, Hovels, and other convenient Out-Buildings, all in compleat Repair, also a good Garden walled round, and several Closes of Arable and Pasture Land well Fenced and Watered, containing in the Whole 147 Acres.

The above Farm lies adjoining the Turnpike-Road leading from Market Harborough to Rowell, and is lett to F. Kilburn as Tenant from Year to Year.

The Purchaser (if he desire it) may have Two-thirds of the Purchase-Money remain upon the Estate at reasonable Interest, and may have the Occupation of the Farm at Saint Thomas next.
