At the Swans Inn, Market-Harborough, on Thursday the 31st March, 1814, between the Hours of Four and Six in the Afternoon, in the following Lots, unless sooner disposed of by Private Contract, of which due Notice will be given.

Lot 1.  A Commodious and newly erected BREWERY, in full Trade, with a large Malting Office adjoining, with requisite Store-Rooms and Offices of every Description for an extensive Business, situated at LITTLE BOWDEN, near Market-Harborough, in the County of Leicester, in the Occupation of Mr. Wm. Smith; also THREE TENEMENTS, adjoining the said Brewery, in the Occupation of Wm. Smith and others.

Lot 2.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at FARNDON, the THREE HORSE-SHOES, in the Occupation of J. Braughton, with the Yard, Orchard, and Stable, adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 3.. A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at LEICESTER, the HORSE and PANNIERS, in the Occupation of Wm. Calvert, with the Yard, Stables, Gardens, and TWO TENEMENTS adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 4.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at KIBWORTH-HARCOURT, the ADMIRAL NELSON, in the Occupation of F. Burditt, with the Yard, Stable, and Garden to the said Premises.

Lot 5.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at KIBWORTH-BEAUCHAMP, the SWAN, in the Occupation of John Carter, with the Yard, Stable, Garden, and TENEMENT adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 6.   A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at HARBOROUGH, the GREEN DRAGON, in the Occupation of Wm. Thompson, with the Yard, Stables, and TENEMENT adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 7.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at MARKET-HARBOROUGH, the OLD CROWN, in the Occupation of Wm. Waterfield, with the Yard, Stables, and TWO TENEMENTS adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 8.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at MARKET-HARBOROUGH, the FOX, in the Occupation of Stephen Line, with the Yard, Stable, Garden, Blacksmith's Shop, and TENEMENT adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 9.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at DESBOROUGH, the BLACK HORSE, in the Occupation of Jonathan Deacon, with the Stable, Garden, Wheelwright's Shop, and TENEMENT adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 10.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at ROWELL, the HORSE and GROOM, in the Occupation of Wm. Foster, with the Yard and Stables adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 11.  A PUBLIC HOUSE, situate at GREAT-EASON, the MARQUIS GRANBY, in the Occupation of Matthew Pulford, with the Stable, Yard, Garden, and CLOSE,  about two Acres, adjoining the said Premises.

Lot 12.  TWELVE ACRES OF LAND, nearly adjoining the said Brewery.

Lot 13.  A PIECE or PARCEL of LAND, situate in LITTLE-BOWDEN, in the Occupation of Mr. Wm. Smith, containing upwards of an Acre, with a Cow-Shed upon the said Premises.

The Malting-Office is capable of Working thirty Quarters per Week, and the Brewery sixty.
