Timber Auction

On Thursday the 30th of January, 1823, at DESBOROUGH, near Kettering.

TWO HUNDRED large and very fine ASH, ELM, and SYCAMORE TIMBER TREES, and ONE very large WALNUT TREE.

The above timber Trees are standing and marked on Mr. Biggs', Mr. Iliffe's, and Mr. Nursey's Farms, and will be sold separately.

The Company is requested to meet the Auctioneer at the Hall House, in Desborough aforesaid.

The Sale will commence at Ten o'Clock.

Note: John Iliffe was living at Hall House at the time of his daughter's marriage in 1818 .
