The first witness, Edmund Belfour, was Emma's brother, her father having died in 1811. The second witness may be a relation on their mother's side of the family, her maiden name was Wright.

Was the officiating minister a relative of William Price, or is the surname a co-incidence? 

The following announcement appeared in The Times on Saturday 28th February 1818:
