DECLARATION TO BE MADE BY RECRUIT ON ATTESTATION

I, Fred Coe do solemnly and sincerely declare, That to the best of my Knowledge and Belief the above answers to the foregoing questions made and signed by me, are true ; and that I am willing to be attested for the Term of Twelve Years provided Her Majesty should so long require my Services, and also, if abroad, or if a state of War exists between Her Majesty and any Foreign Power, for such further term, not exceeding Twelve Months, as shall be directed by the Secretary of State for War, or the Commanding Officer on any Foreign, Colonial, or Indian Station.
