In order to avoid delay in the transmission of Separation Allowance, I am desired by the wife of the above named Soldier to forward to you the enclosed documents viz.-

1.- Marriage Certificate
2.- Birth Certificate in respect of the following Children.-
     (a) Leonard Horsley
