Claim for Damage to a Trap

		The monthly sitting of the above Court was held on Monday, before his 
		Honour Judge Snagge, the undefended cases being disposed of by Mr. H. 
		Lamb, Registrar.

Arthur Albert 
		Hornsey, publican, Desborough, sued
		Thomas Kilborn, 
		butcher, and 
		George Yeomans, watch dealer, both of Desborough, for £3, being the 
		amount of damage done to a trap by the defendants' negligence.
		—
Mr. E. Barlow appeared for the plaintiff.
		—
His Honour directed a non-suit against Yeomans, and gave a verdict 
		against Kilborn for 4s. per month, expressing the hope that Yeomans 
		would help his friend out of the difficulty.
