Arthur Albert Hornsey v. Thomas Kilborn & George Yeomans

Claim for Damage to a Trap

County Court, November 1902

The monthly sitting of the above Court was held on Monday, before his Honour Judge Snagge, the undefended cases being disposed of by Mr. H. Lamb, Registrar.

Arthur Albert Hornsey, publican, Desborough, sued Thomas Kilborn, butcher, and George Yeomans, watch dealer, both of Desborough, for £3, being the amount of damage done to a trap by the defendants' negligence.

— Mr. E. Barlow appeared for the plaintiff.

— His Honour directed a non-suit against Yeomans, and gave a verdict against Kilborn for 4s. per month, expressing the hope that Yeomans would help his friend out of the difficulty.
